It’s almost World Prematurity Day!
I’m writing a quick mid-week post to share this Webinar I was a part of to help spread awareness about premature births and World Prematurity Day.
Each author has transformed their personal experiences into literary works providing hope, healing & encouragement for parents and their children who have been affected by preterm birth.
Please listen to it and feel free to share it if you know of someone who could benefit from being encouraged to write about their feelings. Writing about your NICU journey is a way to process what has happened and also see the progress both you and your baby have made.
Trust me. I never imagined that I would turn into a writer of one book, let alone two, and also write for various websites and then travel to speak about all of it.
Every preemie parent author on this panel has a lot of insight to share.
I hope you’ll listen.
Don’t forget to check back to Speaking for Moms & Babies on Friday for a new Q&A with a Preemie Parent Expert and Advocate.
What are you doing to help spread awareness for World Prematurity?
I’d love to know and I’ll share it, too!
I’d love to hear in the comments about what you think of the webinar and what you’re doing to spread awareness for World Prematurity Day!
